Project Description:
A Polynesian flavor pervades this lively, 227-seat restaurant in a local strip-center. The visual and audible design focus is to the center’s water feature. This focus is further reinforced via sliding pocket doors, which erode the exterior wall and a raised dining platform that overviews the action. The thatched-hut bar brings the “beachside” to the desert.
