This adaptive reuse project revitalized “The Plaza” which was a trend setting open air shopping center first established in the 1970’s but had in years past been up scaled by other newer and more modern centers within the area. This project re-established “The Plaza” back into the forefront of the community as a modern lifestyle open air shopping center.
