Project Description:
This Scottsdale Healthcare- Shea Campus construction project created a new Out-Patient Imaging Department for this existing, hospital campus facility in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Consisting of a 7,279 square foot building renovation including a 1,362 square foot building addition, this two-phase project includes two Computed Tomography rooms featuring General Electric Lite-Speed Scanners, four radio fluoroscopy rooms, one bone density, and three ultrasound diagnostics rooms. Also included is a separate entrance and out-patient lobby, waiting areas, changing rooms, instrument control areas, and other required staff and ancillary support spaces.
